Seeing the Pope

I went to an event in NYC on Saturday at which I was supposed to see the Pope. It did not work out as I thought. You can get full details at my blog.

However, a co-worker's boyfriend just happened to be on the street as the Pope passed by on his way to St. Joseph's Seminary. The Pope looked right at him and waved.

WOW! That would be so great! I think I'm living in the wrong part of the United States. I teared up when I saw him land... but was unable to watch much else with my schedule.
